The competition will run on a monthly basis and will be open
for all DTS supporting agents practicing within the greater Nelson Mandela
Bay Municipal area.

The winner will be entitled to the use of the DTS Ford
Fiesta Agent of the month vehicle for a period of one month.
Only the winning agent will be entitled to use the vehicle
during the month period, as the use by another person
(child, family member, colleague, etc) will invalidate the
insurance cover on the car. The agent will also be limited
to 2 000 km during the particular month.

The Property Guide will provide a monthly feature article on
the agent of the month, to provide the agent with the
necessary press cover.

The competition will be based on commission earned on
registered transfers in any particular month. This is to
ensure that the competition remains transparent and to
provide the relevant legitimacy and prestige to the
competition.

The closing date for entries based on registrations for July
2011 will be 15 August 2011. Thereafter entries will close
on the 15th of every following month, provided that if
the 15th falls on a weekend it will be at close of business
on the following Monday.

Only official and fully completed DTS entry forms will be
accepted together with the agent as well as principal, if
applicable, consent to verify the registration info with the
registering attorneys.

The sponsors have also decided that no agent will be
entitled to the vehicle more than once during a six month
cycle, to ensure that various agents receive the honour and
publicity attached to the prize.

Entry forms will be available at the offices of DTS, the
Property Guide as well as on the web sites of both DTS and
the Property Guide.

We believe that the prestige involved in this competition
will not only assist you in obtaining more mandates but will
hopefully reward the hard workers and the achievers of the
industry by giving them the publicity they deserve.
